All prices are per week and are from Saturday to Saturday with departures by 10:00am and arrivals beginning at 4:00pm. The Bardin Suite and the Meneau Suite are available for a minimum of three nights Sunday to Saturday within any given week. If you arrive earlier and we have not yet prepared your suite we will be glad to store your luggage while you explore the town. Rentals are inclusive of utilities, linen, towels and heating. If you require special consideration with regard to arrival and/or departure please enquire.
Please note that the last two weeks of December up to and including January 2, 2011 are at the rate of 375€ per week for the Lucarne, Sanet and Benedictine Suites; and 325€ per week for the Meneau and Bardin Suites.
Payment is accepted by VISA or MasterCard, or bank drafts or bank transfers in Euros, Sterling or Canadian Dollars by deposit to our French, British or Canadian bank accounts.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking a gîte. The remaining balance is due six weeks prior to the start of the vacation rental. If your travel plans change a full refund is offered up to this time. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against loss due to last minute changes for whatever reason.

We kindly request that those guests or their visitors who smoke do so on the terraces outside the gites. Also please note that we do not accept pets in the gîtes.
